1. What is ecoFiles?
ecoFiles is a mobile phone application that allows you to request information through a simple text and have that information sent to your email inbox in seconds!
2. Where would I see ecoFiles?
ecoFiles can be seen on a billboard, at a restaurant , in your doctor’s office, in a magazine ad…ecoFiles is boundless!
3. Why should I use ecoFiles?
ecoFiles enables you to request the information YOU want! This info can be a document, a slide deck, an audio or video clip. You’ll be able to view, share, and access this information through your email and no longer have to get lost for 30 minutes on a website to find exactly what you are interested in.
4. How do I request an ecoFile?
Simply start a text or SMS with your cell phone and input the ecoFiles code that correlates to the information you want. Send the code to the short code indicated (411321) and SHAZAM!, it will appear in your email inbox in seconds. (One time registration with your email address will be required.)
5. How do you know my email address?
The first time you order an ecoFiles code, you will be asked to reply with your email address. Once you provide your email address once, we will save it in your profile so you’ll never have to provide it again!
6. Will you give my email address to other people?
Sometimes a client will utilize ecoFiles to allow you to opt in to further communication with that company through email. Your email will only be provided to those companies when you have specifically opted in to these programs.
7. How do I opt out if I don’t want to receive anymore communications through ecoFiles?
To completely deactivate your ecoFiles account, just text ECO OUT to our short codes 411321 or 313131. The next time you request an ecoFiles code, you will have to provide your email address again. To opt out of communications from a specific company or product, look for specific instructions in the email with which you received your product information.
8. Will I be charged for this service?
There is no fee for this service. Standard text messaging and data rates do apply.
